With a strong foundation in the electrical and solar industries, I bring a decade of experience to my role as Field Operations Manager at Elios. Over the past four years, I have honed my expertise in solar energy complemented by six years in General Electric applications. This combined knowledge allows me to lead with confidence and provide invaluable insights into backup energy systems.

My mission at Elios is twofold: to equip my team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel and to educate our customers on the critical importance of backup energy. I am determined to ensure that every customer understands the long-term benefits of energy reliability and efficiency.

Jerry Hardy

Jerry W.P. Hardy currently the Sales Director and Chief Sale Officer at Elios. He is an accomplished Sales Director and Sales Manager with more than a decade of professional sales experience spanning multiple industries, including generator, HVAC, residential solar, energy solutions, vehicle, mattress and flooring. Since launching his sales career in 2014, Jerry has consistently excelled in high-performance environments, earning recognition as both a Top Sales Representative and Lead Auditor. His expertise includes organization, negotiation, leadership, and quality management, supported by a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Driven by a passion for excellence and scalable growth, Jerry specializes in leading teams, optimizing processes, and building strong customer and partner relationships. His leadership philosophy centers on adaptability, integrity, and results — guiding organizations toward measurable growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
