Valid Journeyman Electrician license
4+ years of hands-on electrical experience
Experience with residential electrical installations
Knowledge of NEC codes and safety regulations
Solar/renewable energy experience is a plus
Standby Generator Experience with major brands
Strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Daily Responsibilities:
Service and maintain solar systems, backup batteries, and generators
Perform electrical upgrades and installations
Work with advanced energy storage systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Provide excellent customer service
Mentor and train team members
